All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of inspection, including property size (square metres), condition, and accessibility. Quotes are valid for 30 days and may be subject to change if conditions differ upon commencement.

Services will be carried out as outlined in the approved quote. Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges and will be discussed prior to proceeding.

The client must ensure clear and safe access to all areas requiring cleaning. Delays or restricted access may result in additional fees or rescheduling.

Pressure Cleaning Co & Exterior Care not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing issues, worn or deteriorated surfaces, loose materials, or structural faults.

We use professional methods tailored to each surface. While we aim for the best results, some stains or discolouration may be permanent.

Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions to ensure safety and quality.

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional fees.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Pressure Cleaning Co & Exterior Care are not liable for pre-existing damage, improper maintenance after service, or indirect losses.
